January, 2015
I can't believe how fast January flew by! The beginning to a great year is well on it's way! Hopefully you all had an amazing January!
Movie Adaptations:
Not much happened this month in the way of book to movie adaptations, but what has happened is sure to be exciting!
- First off, The Fifth wave finished filming this month, which is so exciting. They are beginning to edit the movie now and make it (hopefully) as close to the book as possible! The movie will be released on January 29, 2016. But! Don't be distraught, the first trailer is set to release in the next few months!
- The Insurgent featurette was released this month which is great to see that the movie will follow the book more so than many fans (including myself) thought. Go check it out here! The movie is set to be released March 20, 2015!
- The Mortal Instruments T.V. show was announced a few months ago, but there have been very small bits and pieces of information that have been released since then. Hopefully everything is still going well and is still scheduled! Here's to hoping we hear some news soon!
- Finally, (non January news) The Duff movie is set to be released next month on the 20th, which is so exciting! It is based off the novel by, Kody Keplinger.
